Instructions for use
- Probe Placement: Insert the thermometer probe into the thickest part of the meat or fowl. Ensure the tip is not touching bone, gristle, or the pan, and is not inserted into the cavity of the fowl.
- Roasting: Place the meat in the oven with the thermometer dial facing the door for easy visibility. Leave the thermometer in the meat throughout the entire roasting process.
- Completion: Once the pointer reaches your desired temperature, remove the meat from the oven.
Care and maintenance
