  1. Prepare the motherboard and align the mounting bracket (A) with the CPU socket holes.
  2. Insert the standoffs (C) and secure the bracket using the push pins (B). Note: Ensure correct alignment for LGA 1200/115X versus LGA 775 as indicated in the diagram.
  3. Apply a small amount of thermal paste (D) to the center of the CPU heat spreader.
  4. Mount the cooler onto the bracket and secure it firmly.
  5. Connect the fan cable to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.
