Assembly and Operation
Before first use, wash all food-contact parts (excluding the motor housing) with warm water and detergent. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before connecting to power.

Meat Grinding
Cut meat into small pieces, removing tendons, bones, and fat. Feed the meat into the loading tray and use the pusher to guide it into the grinder head. Do not force the meat with excessive pressure.
Reverse Function
If the grinder becomes clogged, turn the switch to the R/REV/REVERSAL position to clear the blockage. Wait for the motor to come to a complete stop before switching between ON and REVERSE modes to prevent damage.
Kibbe and Sausage Making
Use the specific nozzles provided for kibbe and sausage preparation. Ensure the assembly is locked securely with the fixing ring, but do not overtighten.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the device before cleaning.
- Do not use a dishwasher to clean any parts.
- Wash parts with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid chlorine-based cleaners.
- Do not use water hotter than 50°C on metal parts to prevent oxidation.
- After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly. For long-term storage, wipe metal parts with a cloth soaked in vegetable oil to prevent rust.
Troubleshooting and Disposal
If the overheating protection system trips, allow the unit to cool down completely before attempting to use it again. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Dispose of the appliance responsibly at an authorized collection point for electrical and electronic waste, as it should not be discarded with regular household trash.
