Quick Installation Guide

This document provides instructions for installing the BEA 10UBRACKETUL glass door mounting kit designed for magnetic locks (MAGLOCKS). Follow these steps to ensure a secure and compliant installation.

Installation Steps

  1. Place the steel bushing and rubber bushing according to the drawing.
  2. Use the 3 set screws to clamp the glass firmly. A suitable threadlock should be applied to all fixing screws.
  3. Insert the aluminum bar and attach the armature plate. The aluminum bar can be adjusted to match the MAGLOCK.

Note: Do not overtighten the mounting screw of the armature plate. Allow floating movement for maximum holding force.

Dimensions

The mounting kit dimensions are 185mm in length, 62mm in height, and 33.6mm in depth.
