Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential instructions for operating the Bella Pro Series 12.6QT Air Fryer Pizza Oven. Key safety measures include keeping the unit at least 4 inches away from walls, never covering air vents, and always using the drip pan during operation. The appliance features 10 preset cooking modes and a rotisserie function.
Getting to know your appliance
The oven includes a touchscreen control panel, an oven door with a large viewing window, and a convection fan. Accessories provided are a pizza pan, two crisping racks with front grips, a bake/drip pan, and a complete rotisserie assembly (bar, meat tines, and handle).
First use and operation
Before the first use, wash all removable accessories in hot, soapy water. Ensure the drip pan is placed on the oven floor. To operate, plug the unit into a 120V outlet, press the red POWER button, select a function, and adjust time or temperature as needed. The unit will automatically turn off when the timer reaches 00:00.
Rotisserie assembly
Secure meat onto the rotisserie bar using butcher's twine and meat tines. Ensure the food is centered to prevent motor stress. Insert the square end of the bar into the left rotisserie slot and rest the other end in the right metal notch. Use the rotisserie handle to safely remove hot food.
Cooking and presets
The oven offers 10 presets: Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm, Pizza, Bacon, Dehydrate, and Rotisserie. For best results, reduce conventional cook times by 20-30% when air frying. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure poultry, meat, and fish are cooked to safe internal temperatures.
Care and cleaning
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and the interior with a mild cleaner and a plastic scouring pad. Do not use metal scouring pads or spray-on oven cleaners. Wash all accessories in warm, soapy water.
