Safety Information
DANGER: This appliance is for outdoor use only. Never operate it within 10 feet of any structure, combustible material, or gas cylinder, or within 25 feet of flammable liquids. Never leave the griddle unattended while in use.
WARNING: Always keep children and pets away from the appliance. Do not use this griddle as a heater. Ensure the power cord is regularly inspected for damage and is kept away from heated surfaces. Use only a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) protected circuit.
Assembly Instructions

- Remove all plastic packing material before assembly.
- Hang the grease cup in the designated slots on the back of the griddle body.
- Place the griddle top onto the body, sliding it forward so the front feet lock into the brackets and the back feet rest against the back brackets.
- Insert the hood hinges into the griddle top brackets.
- Connect the power cord to the socket on the griddle body.
Operation
To operate the griddle, press the control knob to turn it on. Rotate the knob to select the desired temperature and press to set. The Zone Temp indicators will show when the griddle has reached the set temperature. To turn off, press and hold the control knob. Do not store the unit until the Hot Surface indicator has turned off.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Daily Cleaning: Ensure the grease cup is in place, wipe the surface with a moist, soapy cloth or paper towel, then wash off soap and dry.
Deep Cleaning: With the heat on low, use a mixture of one tablespoon of dishwashing detergent per cup of hot water. Wipe the surface with a non-metal cleaning pad, then turn off the griddle, cool, and wipe clean with a moist cloth.
Protecting the Surface: Do not cut directly on the griddle surface. Use only plastic, rubber, or wood utensils. Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, and never wash the griddle top in a dishwasher.
Warranty
The product includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering parts, finish, and workmanship for the original purchaser, provided it is used according to the manufacturer's instructions for domestic purposes.
