This document provides essential safety, assembly, and operating instructions for the Bosch EasyMower 18V-32-150 and 18V-32-200. Always remove the battery and isolator key before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or when leaving the machine unattended.
Assembly and Operation
The mower requires assembly of the handle and the grassbox. Ensure the cutting height is set to the same position on all four wheels for optimal performance. To operate, insert the battery, insert the isolator key, and use the switch on the handle.

Safety Precautions
- Always wear sturdy, non-slip footwear and long trousers.
- Check the area for wildlife, pets, and foreign objects (stones, sticks, wires) before mowing.
- Do not operate in wet grass or bad weather, especially if there is a risk of lightning.
- Keep hands and feet away from rotating blades.
- Wait for all components to stop completely before touching the machine.
Battery Maintenance
Use only the specified Bosch battery charger. Store the battery separately from the machine in a temperature range between -20 °C and 50 °C. Keep the battery away from metal objects like coins or paper clips to prevent short-circuiting.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Always wear gardening gloves when handling the blades. Keep the product clean and free of residue. Never spray or immerse the machine in water. Regularly check the grass bag for wear and ensure all nuts and bolts are tight.

Troubleshooting
If the motor refuses to start, check if the battery is charged, the isolator key is fully inserted, or if the motor protector has activated due to long grass. If the machine leaves a ragged finish, increase the cutting height or replace the blunt blade.
