Table of contents
Important Information
The Camfil ABSOLUTE 1FRK is a high-temperature HEPA filter designed for clean processes. Please note that due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of the individual filter components, the ceramic potting may form cracks during the tempering process. At an operating temperature of 350°C, these filters maintain an overall efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 μm, although minor leakages are possible.

Technical Specifications
The filter is designed for high-temperature applications with the following key specifications:
- Filter Class: H13 according to EN 1822 (at 20°C).
- Max Continuous Operating Temperature: 350°C.
- Max Final Pressure Drop: 500 Pa.
- Air Velocity: 1.5 m/s.
- Relative Humidity: Max 100%.
Material Composition
- Frame: Stainless steel.
- Gasket: Glass fiber.
- Media: Glass fiber.
- Separator: Aluminium.
- Sealant: Ceramic.
Installation and Usage
The standard configuration is Type-1W (Gasket upstream). Ensure that the installation environment is compatible with the filter's material specifications. The filter is individually scan-tested at 20°C to ensure quality before deployment.
Practical help
Common problems
This is a known characteristic due to thermal expansion during the tempering process and does not necessarily indicate a defect.
Before use
- Verify the filter model matches your system requirements.
- Ensure the operating temperature does not exceed 350°C.
- Check that the airflow velocity is within the rated 1.5 m/s.
- Confirm the installation orientation (Type-1W = Gasket upstream).
