Canopia 10-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Canopia warrants that its products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is exclusively valid provided that the product is installed, handled, cleaned, and maintained in strict accordance with the written specifications provided by Canopia.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear. Specifically excluded are damages caused by:

• Use of force or incorrect handling
• Inappropriate use, negligence, or accidents
• Impact from foreign objects or vandalism
• Pollutants, alterations, or painting
• Cleaning with incompatible detergents
• Minor deviations of the product

Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to damages resulting from acts of nature, including but not limited to hail, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, floods, or fire.

Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the alleged product failure. The defect must be reported in writing to Canopia within 30 days of its discovery. Upon verification, Canopia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either replace the defective parts or provide a refund based on a prorated portion of the purchase price, calculated using a straight-line depreciation method over the duration of the warranty period.
