The Hypercore G3 158Wh battery is a high-performance power solution designed for mobile powering requirements. It features an on-board microprocessor for tracking battery health, including voltage, temperature, current, and charge cycles. The unit is housed in a robust Nexcore polycarbonate casing, providing protection against impacts, vibrations, and weather conditions.

Operation and Charging

The battery ships in storage mode. To awaken it, press the LED button or fully charge the pack. For optimal performance, use Core SWX chargers. Charging should occur in an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 45°C, with 10°C to 35°C being ideal. The battery supports fast charging via USB-C PD and includes an integrated P-tap port for power output and charging input.

Display and Monitoring

The battery features a backlit LCD that provides real-time data on charge or discharge rates. The display orientation can be adjusted by holding the LED backlight button for 10 seconds while in standby mode. A wraparound LED power gauge provides a quick visual reference for the remaining charge level:

Maintenance and Storage

Clean the casing using a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth; avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Keep battery contacts clean and dry at all times.

Safety and Compliance

Do not attempt to disassemble the battery. An increase in temperature during charging and discharging is normal. When transporting, keep batteries separated. Due to the lithium content, air travel compliance may require prior consultation with the manufacturer. The battery is equipped with temperature, current, and voltage protection.
