Installation and Operation
Draining and Filling
- Before starting, block off the radiator inlet and outlet. Always use a Danfoss block-off handwheel for this purpose to ensure proper sealing.
- Open the air-bleeding screw.
- Fit the RLV drain and filling tap in the desired position.
- Open the drain and filling tap fully using a standard square-hole spanner.
Post-Operation and Flow Adjustment
- After completing the draining or filling work, close the valve carefully.
- Remove the drain and filling tap from the radiator.
- To adjust the water flow, use a 6mm hexagon spanner. Turn the spanner towards the open position to set the desired flow.
