Draining and Filling

  1. Before starting, block off the radiator inlet and outlet. Always use a Danfoss block-off handwheel for this purpose to ensure proper sealing.
  2. Open the air-bleeding screw.
  3. Fit the RLV drain and filling tap in the desired position.
  4. Open the drain and filling tap fully using a standard square-hole spanner.

Post-Operation and Flow Adjustment

  1. After completing the draining or filling work, close the valve carefully.
  2. Remove the drain and filling tap from the radiator.
  3. To adjust the water flow, use a 6mm hexagon spanner. Turn the spanner towards the open position to set the desired flow.
