This document provides installation instructions for the Danfoss LCP Frontmounting Kit (IP55). It is designed for use with VLT HVAC Drive FC 100, VLT AQUA Drive FC 200, and VLT AutomationDrive FC 300.
Panel cut-out and mounting
To install the kit, prepare the panel cut-out with the following dimensions:
- Width: 64.5 ± 1 mm
- Height: 129.5 ± 1 mm
- Minimum clearance: 72 mm
The kit includes the necessary frame and screws for mounting the LCP unit securely to the panel. Refer to the exploded view diagram for the correct assembly order of the frame and mounting hardware.
Wiring and connections
Connect the wiring according to the color code table provided in the manual. Ensure all connections are secure before operation. The wiring table covers 9 distinct connections with corresponding color codes in Danish, English, German, and French.
