Product Overview

This wooden bed frame (models ML-1843 and ML-1844) is designed for a 140x200 cm mattress. The structure features a house-shaped frame design. Please ensure all components are present and organized before beginning the assembly process.

Safety and Care

Important Safety Warnings:

• Do not force any accessories or fasteners during assembly.
• Tighten all screws securely after initial assembly.
• Periodically check and re-tighten all hardware to ensure structural integrity.
• The bed frame is not designed for climbing or hanging; do not allow children to swing from the roof structure.
• Keep the workspace clear and organized during assembly.

Maintenance: Clean the wooden surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.

Assembly Instructions

The assembly process requires approximately 60 minutes and should be performed by two people. Follow the numbered steps carefully:

• Preparation: Identify all parts and hardware listed in the inventory. Use the provided Allen key (D) and wrench (M) for tightening fasteners.
• Frame Construction: Begin by assembling the side rails and head/footboards using the provided wooden dowels (A) and long screws (B, E).
• Roof Structure: Assemble the roof beams (21-28) separately before attaching them to the main bed frame.
• Slats: Secure the bed slats (20) to the frame using the provided screws (G) once the main structure is stable.
• Final Checks: Ensure all joints are flush and all bolts are fully tightened before placing the mattress on the frame.

Troubleshooting and Disposal

If you encounter difficulties during assembly, verify that all parts are correctly oriented according to the diagrams. If parts are missing or damaged, contact your retailer for assistance. When the product reaches the end of its life, please dispose of it according to local waste management regulations, recycling wood and metal components where possible.
