Product Overview
The Forney FRONTLINE™ 1750 is a high-performance lithium jump starter designed for 12V lead-acid batteries, including AGM, GEL, and standard flooded types. It features a maximum jump-start output of 1750A and is capable of starting gasoline engines up to 7.5L and diesel engines up to 5.0L.
Charging the Unit
The unit comes partially charged and must be fully charged before first use. Connect the USB-C cable to the unit and plug it into any powered USB port. Using a 30W charging block is recommended for a full charge in under 2 hours.
Smart Jump-Starting
Ensure all vehicle electrical systems are turned off before use. Connect the clamp cable to the 12V jump start output port, then attach the clamps to the battery terminals (Red to Positive, Black to Negative). Turn on the unit and press the power button to initiate the jump start. The 'START' icon will illuminate when correctly connected.
Forced Jump-Start Mode
Warning: This mode disables spark prevention and reverse polarity protection. Use with extreme caution only on 12V lead-acid batteries. To activate, turn on the unit and hold the power and flashlight buttons for 5 seconds. The light bar will flash, indicating the unit is in forced mode. Ensure correct polarity before connecting to the battery to avoid sparks and intense heat.
Device Charging and Flashlight
The unit functions as a power bank for personal devices via USB-A and USB-C ports. It also includes a 300-lumen LED flashlight with three modes: solid white, solid red, and flashing red, toggled by the flashlight button.

Safety and Troubleshooting
The unit features an LED display to indicate status and errors. Common error codes include E01 (overheating), E02 (low temperature), E03 (incorrect voltage), and E04 (reversed clamps). If the unit displays E05 or E10-E13, turn it off and on again; if the issue persists, contact Forney Industries support.
