The G21 Platform Truck is a durable transport solution designed for moving loads up to 150kg. Its robust construction and foldable handle make it an ideal tool for warehouses, offices, and home use, allowing for easy storage when not in use.

Assembly Instructions

The truck is delivered partially disassembled. To prepare the unit for use, follow these steps:

• Identify the main platform base and the four wheels.
• There are two types of wheels: fixed wheels (A) and swivel wheels (B).
• Attach the two fixed wheels (A) to the rear side of the platform using the provided M8 bolts and washers.
• Attach the two swivel wheels (B) to the front side of the platform using the remaining M8 bolts and washers.
• Ensure all 16 bolts are tightened securely to prevent instability during operation.

Operation and Folding Mechanism

The platform truck features a foldable handle for compact storage. To operate the folding mechanism:

• Locate the release pedal at the base of the handle.
• Press the pedal down firmly with your foot to unlock the handle.
• While keeping the pedal depressed, fold the handle down towards the platform surface.
• To unfold, lift the handle until it clicks securely into the upright, locked position.

Safety and Maintenance

To ensure long-term performance and safety, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 150kg. Overloading can cause structural damage or wheel failure.
• Weight Distribution: Always distribute the load evenly across the platform surface to maintain balance and control.
