Overview

The 1670DK display kit includes a Galaxy Tablet pre-configured for your system. While not strictly required for basic operation, it is strongly recommended that you create and sign in with a personal Google Account on the device. This configuration is essential for maintaining the PrecisionBaleApp, allowing for critical system updates and providing a recovery path should the application require reinstallation.

Account Setup Process

To configure your Google Account, follow these steps on your Galaxy Tablet:

• Open the Settings application.
• Navigate to the Google section and select Sign into your Google Account.
• Tap Create Account and choose For Myself.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your personal details, including your first and last name, and your date of birth.
• Create a unique email address and a secure password. Ensure you record your password in a safe location.
• Optionally, you may provide a phone number for account security and recovery. If you choose not to, you may skip this step.
• Review and agree to the Google Privacy and Terms of Service.
• Select your preferences for backing up tablet data to Google Drive.
