Hilti VC-CB Dust Bag System User Guide

This document provides instructions for the Hilti VC-CB dust bag system. It covers the installation of the bag into the vacuum container and the proper procedure for sealing and disposing of the bag.

Compatibility

The VC-CB system is compatible with the following Hilti vacuum cleaner models:

• VC 20X L, M, H
• VC 40X L, M, H
• VC 150-6X
• VC 150-10X

Installation and replacement

1. Remove the container from the vacuum cleaner.
2. Open the container latches (4x).
3. Remove the old bag if present.
4. Insert the new dust bag into the container.
5. Ensure the bag is properly seated and the edges are folded over the rim.
6. Secure the container lid with the latches.
7. Attach the container back onto the vacuum cleaner until it clicks into place.

Disposal

1. Remove the container from the vacuum.
2. Carefully remove the full dust bag.
3. Seal the bag securely using the provided ties or by knotting the material, ensuring a minimum of 10-20 cm of space is left for sealing.

Safety warnings

• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to collect liquids.
• Do not use the vacuum cleaner to collect hot dust or debris.
