Product Overview and Usage

The JOOM 1-30M USB LED strip lights are versatile lighting solutions designed for various indoor environments. They are ideal for enhancing the atmosphere in bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and gaming setups, or for decorative lighting behind TVs, on bookshelves, and along stairs. These lights are perfect for creating festive moods during holidays like Christmas, Halloween, birthdays, or weddings.

Installation and Setup

To begin using your LED strip lights, follow these steps:

• Connect the light strip to the control cable and plug it into a suitable USB power source.
• Download the required application by scanning the QR code provided on the connection cable or by searching for the Lotus Lamp X app in your mobile app store.
• Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, open the application, and pair your device to begin controlling the lighting effects.

For longer strips, such as the 20-meter and 30-meter versions, the product consists of multiple segments. The 20-meter version includes two 10-meter strips, while the 30-meter version includes two 15-meter strips. These segments should be connected together using the provided splitter to ensure proper functionality.

App Connectivity and Troubleshooting

If you experience issues connecting the app to the light strip, ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that the power supply is functioning correctly. Note that the system supports one-to-one connections; if another device is already connected, it may prevent your phone from pairing. If connection issues persist, try closing the app, restarting your phone, or power-cycling the light strip before reopening the application to allow for automatic reconnection.

Power and Remote Operation

Please note that the Bluetooth and infrared controllers do not include batteries. If you are using a remote control, ensure a CR2025 button battery is installed correctly. When using the remote, point it directly toward the power supply receiver. If the light strip fails to illuminate after connection, try reversing the orientation of the USB plug, as the positive and negative poles may need to be aligned correctly.
