  • Step 1: Align the arms onto the plastic base with handles facing the rear. Place the legs on top of the arms, ensuring the leg brace holes face the rear, and secure using four 75mm nuts and bolts.
  • Step 2: Attach the nose guard to the front of the arms using four 45mm nuts and bolts.
  • Step 3: Secure the axle to the bottom of the arms at the front using four 75mm nuts and bolts, then slide the wheels onto each end of the axle.
  • Step 4: Secure each wheel using a wheel washer followed by a split pin. Insert the pin into the hole and bend the two sides to lock it in place.
  • Step 5: Position the leg brace on the back side of the legs and fasten it using four 25mm nuts and bolts.
  • Step 6: Secure the bottom side of the tray brackets to the legs using two 75mm nuts and bolts. Finally, attach the front bracket plate along with the other ends of the tray brackets to the plastic base using two 25mm nuts and bolts.
