The washing machine features a lid, control panel, detergent/softener/bleach dispensers, and a wash/spin tub. The unit comes with cold and hot water supply hoses and a drain hose.

Installation

Location Requirements: Place the machine on a flat, horizontal surface at least 10cm away from walls or furniture. Do not install outdoors.

Leveling: Loosen the adjustable foot to level the machine and prevent wobbling. Once level, tighten the lock nut to fix the foot in place.

Water Inlet Hoses: Use the red hose for hot water and the blue hose for cold water. Ensure water pressure is between 30 and 800 kPa. Do not use water above 60°C.

Drain Hose: Position the drain hose between 80cm and 120cm above the bottom of the machine. Secure it to a standpipe or laundry sink.

Electrical: Connect to an earthed 3-prong outlet. Do not use adapters or extension cables.

Operation

Starting a Wash: Open the lid, add detergent, fabric softener, and bleach to their respective dispensers. Place clothes loosely in the basket, distributing larger items first. Press the Power button, select the program and options, then press Start/Pause.

Programs: Available cycles include Sport, Cotton, Coloured, Rapid, Bed & Bath, and Delicate. Each has specific soaking, washing, and spinning times.

Special Functions: The machine includes a Delay Start function, Child Lock, and an Ultrasonic function (on by default). To enable Child Lock, press Power, then press and hold Rinse and Spin buttons until the buzzer sounds.

Washing Blankets: Ensure the blanket weighs no more than 5kg. Dissolve detergent in warm water outside the machine, fold the blanket, and select the Bed & Bath cycle.

Cleaning and Maintenance

External Cleaning: Wipe with a soft cloth after every use. Do not use solvents.

Hose Screen Filter: Clean periodically by removing the hose from the tap and rinsing the filter with water.

Drain Pump Filter: Clean at least once a month. Place a container under the drain pump, turn the lid anticlockwise, remove, and clean the filter.

Lint Filter: Clean at least once a month. Remove the filter, open it, remove debris, and rinse with water.

Troubleshooting

If the machine displays an error code, check the following:

  • E1: Water does not flow. Check faucet, water supply, inlet filter, or water pressure.
  • E2: Water does not drain. Check for obstructions or incorrect drain hose height.
  • E3: Washer does not spin. Check if laundry is unbalanced or the machine is not level.
  • E4: Close the washer lid.
  • E5: Check if Child Lock is enabled or the lid is open.
  • EA or EC: Contact support.
