Assembly

- Fill the base (A) with water (approx. 85 kg) or sand (approx. 130 kg) and secure it with the cap (B).
- Attach the middle section (C) to the base and secure the punching bag body (D) on top.
- Use the provided plugs (E) and steel clamps (F) to lock the sections firmly in place.
- Wrap the protective cover (G) around the middle section and fasten it with the velcro closure.

Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity of your punching bag, clean it after every session using a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents. Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. If any part appears damaged, do not use the device until it has been repaired or the part has been replaced.
