Quick Installation Guide
This document provides instructions for installing the condensate pump shelf mounting bracket on high-efficiency gas-fired propeller unit heaters with a capacity of 50,000 to 400,000 BTU/HR.
Kit Contents
Ensure all parts are present before beginning installation:
- 1 x Condensate pump bracket mount
- 2 x 3/8-16 x 3/4" bolts
- 2 x 3/8" lock washers
Installation Procedure
- Locate the two 3/8" threaded inserts on the bottom panel of the unit heater. These are positioned to the left and right of the condensate drain opening.
- Insert a bolt with a lock washer through one of the top mounting holes in the mounting bracket.
- Thread the bolt into the insert on the bottom panel of the unit heater and hand tighten.
- Repeat the process for the remaining bolt.
- Once both bolts are in place, tighten them securely.

Before use
- Verify the unit heater is a high-efficiency gas-fired propeller model.
- Confirm the unit heater capacity is between 50,000 and 400,000 BTU/HR.
- Locate the two 3/8" threaded inserts on the bottom panel of the heater.
- Ensure you have the included bolts and lock washers.
