Safety Instructions

Ensure the machine is used on a stable surface and never operate it in the rain. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or adjustments.

Assembly and Setup

The unit is supplied partially assembled. Follow the illustrated steps in the manual to attach the handle, wheels, and accessories. Ensure the power supply voltage and frequency match the specifications on the identification plate. Connect the water supply using a reinforced hose (minimum 13 mm diameter) and ensure the water source provides sufficient flow. Always use a water filter at the inlet to prevent debris from entering the pump.

Operation

To start the machine, open the water tap, release the safety catch on the spray gun, and turn the power switch to the ON position. The machine features an automatic start/stop system that activates the motor when the trigger is pulled and stops it when released. Always allow a 4-5 second interval between trigger operations. For cleaning, apply detergent to dry surfaces, let it act for 1-2 minutes, and then rinse with the high-pressure jet from a minimum distance of 30 cm.

Maintenance and Storage

Regular maintenance is essential for longevity. Before each use, check the power cable, high-pressure hose, and fittings for damage. Clean the nozzle regularly using the provided tool and inspect the water inlet filter for blockages. Before seasonal storage, run the machine with non-corrosive, non-toxic antifreeze and store it in a dry, frost-protected area.

Troubleshooting

• Pump not reaching pressure: Check for nozzle wear, clogged filter, air in the system, or insufficient water supply.
• Motor hums but won't start: Check power supply voltage and extension cable specifications.
• Water leaks: Contact an authorized service center for seal replacement.
• Detergent not being drawn: Dilute the detergent or clear blockages in the detergent circuit.
