Product Overview

The T-Series vertical splice kit is designed to join rebar of the same diameter. The kit simplifies the ordering process and helps ensure proper component sizing. Components are generally one-time use parts, though pouring basins and crucibles are prorated based on their anticipated life.

Kit Components

Each T-Series splice kit contains the following essential parts:

• Sleeve: The primary connector for the rebar.
• Filler Material Kit: Includes filler material, packing, pouring basin ceramic insert and disk, and pouring basin ceramic guide tube.
• Pouring Basin: Used to contain the molten metal during the welding process.
• Pouring Basin Crucible: The vessel for the exothermic reaction.

Components can also be purchased separately if needed.
