The Philips FlexFit T8 LED lamp is designed for installation flexibility, supporting both plug-and-play (UL Type A) and direct-wire (UL Type B) configurations. This lamp is compatible with a wide range of ballasts and offers a long operational life of 50,000 hours.

Installation and Operation
The lamp features hybrid technology:
- Type A (Plug and Play): Compatible with existing ballasts.
- Type B (Direct Wire): If the ballast fails, you can bypass it by cutting the ballast from the system and wiring the tube directly to line voltage (120-277V).
