Safety Instructions
Danger! Always wear appropriate work clothing, gloves, safety glasses, and safety shoes. Never perform work inside the device; only trained technical personnel should handle internal repairs. Do not use the system for any medical applications. The slide cable is rigid and under mechanical stress; hold it firmly when unwinding. Always stand next to the cable axis to avoid injury. Check the cable for damage before every use; a damaged cable must be replaced immediately.
Operation
Before starting, ensure the ROCAM 4 Plus is placed vertically. Connect the camera head and bending spring. Clean the pipe system before inspection. Use the monitor unit to view the inspection. When using pipe diameters greater than 50 mm, always use a guide body. Do not bend the slide cable or pull it over sharp edges to prevent breakage. After use, clean the cable and camera head with a cloth while winding it back onto the reel.
Maintenance
Clean the device after every inspection. Turn off the monitor, remove the battery, and unplug the device. Remove the reel from the main unit and clean it under running water. The device itself must be protected from water and should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. Ensure the reel is completely dry before reinserting it.
Disposal
The device contains recyclable materials. Please dispose of non-recyclable parts (such as electronic waste) according to local environmental regulations. Do not dispose of electric tools or batteries in household waste. In EU countries, electric tools must be collected separately for environmentally compatible recycling.
