This document provides installation instructions for the Seaview LTBLED Series LED Allround Mast Light. It is strongly advised that all installations are carried out by an authorized installer with experience in marine equipment. Before permanent installation, perform a dry fit assembly of all components to ensure proper alignment and compatibility.
Product Overview
The kit includes the following components:
- 12V Allround Mast Light (LED) (Part No: LTBLED12C5P)
- Black Push In Rivets (Part No: LTBRVT)
Note: The light bar is not included with this kit.
Installation Instructions
Follow these steps to install the light:
- Wiring: Route the wiring through the light bar.
- Preparation: Apply a small amount of marine sealant to the area where the light bar top will be inserted.
- Insertion: Insert the light bar top (Item 1) into the light bar. Note that the procedure may vary depending on your specific light bar top.
- Securing: Once the light bar top is in place, secure it using the two black rivets (Item 2).
- Sealing: Apply sealant to each rivet prior to pushing them into the holes. Apply marine sealant all the way around the connection point of items 1 and 2.
Important Notes
- Orientation: Ensure the light is facing the correct way. There is an arrow on the top of the light that must face the forward position.
- Sealant: Marine sealant is highly recommended for this installation to ensure a watertight fit.
- Compatibility: The LTBLED12C5 and LTBLED24C5 models are dimensionally identical.
