This document provides installation and operational guidelines for the Secop 105N46xx series compressor controllers. Key requirements include a stable power supply of 230V and a minimum airflow of 3 m/s to ensure proper cooling. Always disconnect mains power before servicing.
Wiring and Connections
The controller features specific terminal blocks for mains, relays, sensors, and display connections. Refer to the wiring diagram for precise pin assignments:

- Mains: Terminals 1-3 (220-240V 50/60Hz).
- Relays (RL1-RL5): Terminals 4-15.
- Sensors (S3-S6): Terminals 19-30.
- Digital Input (DI): Terminals 31-33.
- Display: Terminals 34-36.
Operating Conditions
The controller must be operated within the following environmental limits:

- Ambient Temperature: -10 °C to 43 °C (Note: Model 105N4630 requires +5 °C to 43 °C).
- Storage Temperature: -20 °C to 70 °C.
- Humidity: < 90% RH, non-condensing.
- Airflow: Minimum 3 m/s.
Safety and Maintenance
When servicing units using R290 refrigerant, exercise extreme caution. R290 is a flammable refrigerant. Ensure proper tools are used and follow standard safety protocols for flammable gases. Do not attempt repairs if you are not qualified to handle R290 systems.

Practical help
Common problems
Ensure minimum airflow of 3 m/s across the controller.
Ensure operating environment humidity is below 90% RH and non-condensing.
Before use
- Verify supply voltage is 230V (+15% / -20%).
- Ensure ambient temperature is within -10 °C to 43 °C.
- Check that airflow is at least 3 m/s.
- Confirm wiring matches the terminal diagram (Mains, RL1-5, S3-S6).
