• Adjust the temperature using the control knob: use MAX for boiling, level 5 for frying, and levels 1-4 for simmering or keeping food warm.
• The thermostat will cycle on and off to maintain the selected temperature, indicated by the light.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Always set the control knob to MIN, disconnect the power, and allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the heating plate and the surrounding area. For stubborn residue, use a mild neutral detergent. Do not use metal scouring pads, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the surface. Never submerge the appliance or power cord in water.

Troubleshooting and Disposal

If the heating plate surface is cracked, stop using the appliance immediately and contact an authorized service center. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
