Safety Precautions
Warning: This is not a toy and is not intended for children under 14. Always operate with caution and common sense. Before each run, ensure all batteries are charged, check all servos and connections, and engage the throttle cut. Never operate near spectators or in adverse weather conditions. Do not point the transmitter antenna directly at the model.
Charging
The transmitter uses a 10500mAh 3.7V 1S Li-Ion battery. For optimal results, use a USB power supply with at least 2-3A output. Connect the included magnetic USB cable to the transmitter's rear port. The LED will flash blue during charging. Never leave a charging battery unattended and always charge on a heat-resistant surface.

Operation and Navigation
Power on by holding the power button until the blue LED flashes. The system runs on Android; use standard touch gestures to navigate. The Spektrum AirWare application launches automatically. Use the dashboard for quick access to trims, timers, and model information. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access Android navigation icons and the notification screen for settings like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Setup and Maintenance
Create new models via the Model Utilities screen. Binding to a receiver is managed through the Bind menu. The transmitter features adjustable gimbal tension and throttle limits, allowing for mode changes (Mode 1-4). Always perform a stick tension test when adjusting screws to ensure they are not too loose or tight. For maintenance, keep the transmitter away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting and Disposal
If erratic operation occurs, stop immediately and investigate the cause. For warranty or service, contact Horizon Hobby directly; do not ship lithium batteries. Dispose of the product and its components at an appropriate facility in accordance with local WEEE regulations.
