Always ensure a proper ground connection using the designated grounding point on the unit with a minimum 18 AWG wire.

Troubleshooting

If the surge protection LED is off, it indicates a surge event has occurred. If the unit loses power, check the manual circuit breaker reset button. Ensure all connections are secure and that the total load does not exceed the 15A rating.
