Product Description

The SuperFish Aqua LED Spot is a high-output lighting solution designed specifically for open aquariums. It is suitable for both tropical and coldwater setups with a glass thickness of up to 10 mm. The unit provides efficient illumination while allowing for easy access to the aquarium for maintenance by tilting the light upwards.

Safety Instructions

Read all instructions carefully before use. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury or damage to the product.

• The device must be protected by an earth leakage relay breaker with a maximum leakage current of 30mA.
• Ensure the mains voltage matches the label specifications.
• Protect the plug and socket from moisture by using a drip loop to prevent water from reaching electrical components.
• Do not operate the device if the cord or plug is damaged.
• Keep hands dry when handling electrical components.
• Always disconnect the power before performing maintenance.
• The LED lighting is waterproof but must be installed at least 15 mm above the water surface.
• If the light falls into the water, unplug it immediately before retrieving it.

Installation and Operation

Attach the lamp clamp securely to the aquarium glass. Connect the lamp cable to the provided adapter and plug it into a power outlet. The lighting can be tilted upwards to facilitate aquarium maintenance.

Maintenance

Regularly clean the lighting unit with a damp cloth to maintain light output and extend the lifespan of the device. Note that the LEDs are not replaceable; if they cease to function, the entire lighting unit must be replaced. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning, as it generates heat during operation.

Disposal

This product must not be disposed of with normal household waste. It should be taken to an official collection center for electrical and electronic equipment recycling to protect the environment and public health.
