Safety and Precautions

Never operate the unit in areas with volatile substances, explosive gases, or high dust concentrations. Ensure the unit is placed on a level, stable surface and that all ventilation openings remain clear. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or service. The unit must be operated within a temperature range of 18°C to 45°C.
Installation and Operation
Before initial use, ensure the unit has been in an upright position for at least 3 hours. Install the elbow and cold vent duct by aligning the notches and rotating until locked. The hot exhaust duct should be securely fitted to the heat vent. During operation, maintain a minimum clearance of 300mm from walls or obstacles for the filter and cold air duct, and 900mm for the hot exhaust pipe. Use the control panel to adjust fan speeds and cooling settings. Always turn the unit off via the control panel before unplugging.

Regular maintenance is essential for longevity. Clean the filter screen at least every two weeks using a vacuum or lukewarm water; do not use harsh chemicals. Ensure the 5-litre condensation tank is emptied regularly. If the unit is not in use for an extended period, store it in a dry, upright position. Troubleshooting
If the unit fails to operate, check for a loose power cable or a blown fuse. If the unit blows non-refrigerated air, the compressor overload protector may have been triggered due to high temperatures or voltage fluctuations; wait 3 minutes before restarting. For water leakage, ensure the drain pipe is clear and the condensation tank is correctly positioned.
