The bed frame is designed for durability and requires careful assembly to ensure proper alignment and functionality.

Safety and Assembly

Important Safety Instructions:

• The bed is designed for a mattress weighing between 35 and 60 kg.
• Always place the mattress on the frame before closing the bed to prevent damage.
• The bed must be aligned squarely during assembly to prevent the frame from catching on and damaging the upholstered side rails.
• Use extra caution when opening and closing the bed for the first few times.
• Ensure the bed frame opens and closes through the center by using the provided PP tape on the center of the metal frame.
• Ventilation is necessary to maintain low humidity levels and prevent mold growth in and around the bed.
• Regularly check that all fasteners are properly tightened.

Assembly Guidelines:

• Ensure you have a clean, flat assembly area (carpet, rug, or blanket) to protect the product from scratches.
• Do not use the product if any part appears damaged, broken, or missing.
• Tighten parts to 70% initially, and finish tightening to 100% once all screws have been installed.
• Never force the joints during assembly.
• Assembly requires two people, especially when installing the gas springs.

Maintenance

To keep your furniture in good condition, follow these maintenance tips:

• Solid Timber/Veneers and Lacquered Surfaces: Remove spills immediately with a damp cloth, then wipe dry with a clean duster. Furniture polishes are not recommended.
• Melamine, Laminate, Linoleum, and Metal Surfaces: Regular dusting with a dry cloth is sufficient. For stubborn stains, use a damp cloth with mild washing-up liquid.
• Chrome, Stainless Steel, or Glass: Use proprietary cleaners and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
• General Care: Avoid placing the product near open fires or other sources of high heat, such as radiators.
