Product Overview
The VIVOSUN 15-Inch Thatch Rake (SKU: TR-0001) is a versatile garden tool engineered for efficient lawn maintenance. It is specifically designed to help users remove dead grass (thatch) from lawns, loosen compacted soil, and assist in the installation of new sod. Its durable construction ensures reliability for various landscaping tasks.
Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts listed in the parts inventory are present. The assembly process is divided into three primary steps:

- Step 1: Attach the rake head base (part 2) to the main handle section (part 1). Secure these components using two long screws (A), two nuts (D), and four large gaskets (E). Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely to prevent wobbling during use.
- Step 2: Connect the rake tines (part 3) to the base (part 2). Use two short screws (B), two nuts (D), and two small gaskets (F) to fasten the top two holes. For the bottom two holes, use two round top screws (C), two wing nuts (G), and two coils (H).
- Step 3: Complete the handle assembly by tightly screwing the handle extensions (sections 4 and 5) onto the main handle section (part 1). Verify that all connections are firm before attempting to use the tool.
Usage and Maintenance
The VIVOSUN Thatch Rake is intended for manual lawn care. To achieve the best results when removing thatch, pull the rake firmly across the lawn surface to lift debris. When loosening soil, apply moderate pressure to penetrate the surface. Always inspect the tool before use to ensure that all screws and nuts remain tight, as vibration during use may cause fasteners to loosen over time. If the rake becomes damaged or if parts are missing, discontinue use immediately. Store the tool in a dry, sheltered area to prevent corrosion and extend its lifespan. When the product reaches the end of its service life, please dispose of it in accordance with local waste management regulations for metal tools.
