Firmware Update Instructions
This technical bulletin provides the procedure for updating the firmware on the Infinium Controller (BA C1).
Update Procedure
- Download the Firmware: Visit the Williams AV website to download the latest Infinium Controller firmware package and the accompanying release notes to your PC.
- Access the Web Control Interface (WCI): Open a web browser and log in to the Infinium Controller's Web Control Interface (WCI).
- Upload the Firmware File: Within the WCI, browse to the downloaded firmware file and select it to initiate the update process.
Note: The installation process may take up to 10 minutes under normal network conditions.
