Safety Information

  • Caution: The appliance becomes very hot during operation. Never touch the heating plate or pot while in use. Always use pot holders.
  • Fire Hazard: Use extreme caution when using oil or fat. Never add water to hot or burning oil. If flames occur, cover the pot with the lid to extinguish them and unplug immediately.
  • Supervision: This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above under supervision. Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children under 8.
  • Electrical Safety: Do not immerse the heating base or power cord in liquids. If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid electric shock.

Setup and Operation

Place the heating base on a level, heat-insulated, and grease-resistant surface. Fill the pot with oil or broth between the MIN (0.8l) and MAX (1.2l) markings. Place the pot on the base, attach the splash guard, and plug in the appliance. Turn the temperature knob to the highest setting to preheat for approximately 20 minutes. The LED ring will glow red while heating and white when the set temperature is reached.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always unplug the appliance and let it cool completely before cleaning. The stainless steel pot is dishwasher safe. Clean the lid and forks in warm soapy water. Never immerse the heating base or power cord in water. Dispose of used oil or fat in household waste, not in the sink.
