MIUI Operating System
The Mi 10T comes with MIUI pre-installed, a customized Android-based operating system that receives frequent updates and features based on user feedback.
SIM Card Tray
The device supports dual Nano-SIM cards. You can set either card as the primary card. It supports single 5G or dual 4G connectivity, as well as VoLTE HD calling. Note that 5G support depends on your local network operator. If the primary card is set to 5G, the secondary card may be unavailable. Do not use non-standard SIM cards, as they may damage the tray.
Important Safety Information
- Operating Temperature: Use the device within the 0°C to 40°C range.
- Battery Safety: Do not attempt to replace the built-in battery yourself. Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. If the battery appears deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
- Charging: Use only the included or authorized cable and power adapter. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
- Hearing Protection: Avoid listening at high volume levels for long periods to prevent hearing damage.
- Medical Interference: Keep the phone at least 15 cm away from pacemakers and other medical devices.
Disposal and Recycling
This product must not be disposed of with household waste in the EU. Please use designated collection systems for recycling to protect the environment and human health.

Device does not turn on
Ensure the battery is charged using the included adapter and hold the power button for a few seconds.
5G connectivity issues
5G support depends on your local network operator. Ensure your SIM card and plan support 5G and that it is enabled in settings.
Battery or device damage
Do not attempt to repair the device or replace the battery yourself. Contact Mi customer support or an authorized repair center.
