Getting to Know Your Phone

The device features an under-display front camera and an under-display fingerprint sensor. The volume and power keys are located on the side, while the nano-SIM card tray and USB Type-C/headset jack are at the bottom.

Setting Up Your Phone

You can install or remove nano-SIM cards while the phone is powered on.

  1. Insert the tray eject tool into the hole on the card tray.
  2. Pull out the card tray and place the nano-SIM card(s) into the slots.
  3. Carefully slide the tray back into place.

Warning: Use only standard nano-SIM cards. Do not use non-standard cards cut from other SIMs, as this may damage the phone.

Charging the Phone

  1. Connect the adapter to the charging jack.
  2. Connect the charger to a standard AC power outlet.
  3. Disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged.

Warning: Use only ZTE-approved chargers and USB Type-C cables. Do not attempt to remove the back cover; the battery is not user-removable.

Powering On/Off and Waking Up

Press and hold the Power key to turn the phone on. To power off, press and hold the Power key to open the options menu. If the screen freezes, press and hold the Power key for over 10 seconds to force a restart. To wake the phone, press the Power key and swipe up on the screen.

Lowering Blue Light

To reduce eye fatigue, you can enable eye protection in the Settings app under Display > Night Light. You can set it to turn on automatically between sunset and sunrise or during a custom schedule.

Safety and Disposal

The device should be kept away from pacemakers and other medical devices. Avoid extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above +40°C) and keep the device dry. Dispose of the device according to local regulations for electrical and electronic waste (WEEE directive).
