• Heater: Adjustable thermostat (65°F to 90°F / 18°C to 43°C). Can be set to 'HI' for continuous heat or 'OF' to use flame effects without heat.
• Sleep Timer: Available on remote only; sets a countdown to shut down (30 min to 9 hours).
• Heater Override: A safety feature to disable the heater, preventing accidental activation.

Care and Maintenance

Always unplug the unit and ensure it is cool before cleaning. Use a soft, water-dampened cloth for metal trim. Do not use brass polish. Periodically vacuum the air intake/output vents. Replace the remote control battery with a CR2025 lithium battery.

Troubleshooting

If an error code (E1, E2, E3) appears, unplug the unit for 15-20 minutes to reset the sensor. If the heater does not work, check the heater override setting. For remote issues, ensure the battery is fresh and you are within 20 feet of the unit.
