The Allen 103DN is a trunk-mounted bicycle rack designed to carry up to three bicycles. Safety is the primary concern when using this equipment. Installation Guidelines

The bottom feet of the rack must be placed on a rigid surface of the vehicle, never on glass, and the bottom foot assembly must be fully extended to provide stability.

Usage and Capacity

The rack has a maximum capacity of 100 lbs (approximately 45 kg) and is designed to carry a maximum of three bicycles. It is not suitable for tandems, mopeds, or recumbent bicycles. When loading, ensure that the vehicle's tail lights remain visible to other drivers. Bicycles must be securely tied to the rack using the provided tie-downs or additional straps if necessary to prevent movement during transit.

Driving and Maintenance

When driving with the rack installed, exercise caution, especially when navigating over bumps or uneven road surfaces. The rack is strictly for road use and should never be used off-road.
