When using the whisk, do not operate for more than 2 minutes. Always use deep, tall containers to minimize splashing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The motor unit and lid gear unit should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not immerse these parts in water. All other components are dishwasher safe. If processing food with strong dyes, wipe plastic parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher to prevent discoloration. Always rinse blades immediately after processing salty foods. Be extremely careful when handling blades as they are very sharp.

Blender is blocked during operation

Motor unit gets hot
Do not exceed the recommended operating times. Allow the unit to cool down to room temperature for about 5 minutes after each use.
