Warranty Coverage
The Anker Solix 1800W portable power station is covered by a 3-year warranty. Other products such as coolers have a 3-year warranty, while solar panels are covered for 2 years. This warranty applies to defects in workmanship or material.

How to Process a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as an order number, sales invoice, or a dated receipt from an authorized reseller. Anker requires documentation of troubleshooting steps, the product's serial number, and visible proof of the defect. A quality inspection of the returned item is mandatory.
Exchange and Replacement
Anker will repair or replace defective products at its expense. Repaired or replaced items assume the remaining warranty of the original purchase or 3 months, whichever is longer. If a repair or replacement is unavailable, a partial refund based on usage time may be offered. Products outside the warranty period may still be eligible for paid repair services.
Return Policy
Customers may return items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. For quality issues, a full refund or free replacement is available within the first 30 days. After this period, items will be repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, including falls, exceeding output ratings, exposure to water, rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or low air pressure. It also excludes products that have been modified, disassembled, cleaned with harmful chemicals, or purchased from unauthorized resellers. The warranty is non-transferable.
Return Process and Safety
Before returning a portable power station, contact Anker Support to obtain an RMA ID. Due to shipping regulations, ensure the remaining battery power is below 30% before shipping. All components should be included in the return package.
