Getting Started

The ANKO Paint Your Own Giant Squishy kit is designed for children aged 3 and older to express their creativity. Before you begin, ensure you have a flat, stable surface to work on. It is highly recommended to cover your workspace with newspaper or paper towels to protect surfaces from accidental paint spills. Lay out all your materials, including the squishy figure, paints, and brushes, in front of you. For added protection, wear an apron or an old shirt to keep your clothing clean.

Painting Instructions

Follow these steps to achieve the best results with your squishy:

• Keep a cup of clean water nearby to rinse your brush thoroughly between colors.
• Always close the paint lids tightly after each use to prevent the paint from drying out.
• If the paint appears too dry or sticky, add a small amount of water to adjust the consistency, making it easier to apply.
• Use the packaging box as inspiration for your design, or let your imagination run wild to create your own unique patterns.
• You can mix different paint colors together on a palette to create new shades. For example, mixing black, orange, and white can create a brown shade, while black, pink, and white can create deep purple.
• Once you have finished painting, allow the squishy to dry completely before handling or playing with it.
