This snow shovel is designed for clearing snow from sidewalks, steps, decks, patios, and smaller driveways. The ideal clearing depth is under 4 inches (10 cm). Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged, perform a visual inspection for damaged parts, and wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection and stout shoes.
Product Description
The snow shovel consists of several key components, including the lock-out button, trigger switch, auxiliary handle, shaft, louver adjustment knob, auger, and scraper bar. Familiarize yourself with these parts before assembly.
Assembly and Adjustment
Connecting the Shaft: Pull the snow shovel shaft out from the screw sleeve. Align the arrows on the shaft and the coupler, push the shaft into the coupler, and tighten the screw sleeve securely. Ensure the arrows match, or the electrical connection will not work.

Mounting the Auxiliary Handle: Remove the lock knob from the handle. Place the handle on the holder, insert the bolt through the holes, and tighten the lock knob. Adjust the handle to a comfortable angle before final tightening.
Battery Operation
Installation: Align the ribs of the battery pack with the mounting slots on the shovel and slide it in until it snaps into position.

Removal: Hold the battery pack, press the battery-release button with your thumb, and remove the pack from the shovel.
Charging: Use the provided charger. The indicator lights on the battery show the remaining capacity (66-100%, 33-66%, 0-33%). The charger light indicates charging status (Red = Charging, Green = Fully Charged).
Operating Instructions
Starting: Ensure you are in a stable position. Press and hold the lock-out button, then press and hold the trigger switch. The motor will only start when both are engaged simultaneously.

Stopping: Move the shovel away from the clearing area and release the trigger switch. Remove the battery pack during work breaks and after finishing.
Discharge Adjustment: Rotate the louver adjustment knob to direct snow discharge left, straight ahead, or right (up to 30 degrees in either direction).
Maintenance and Storage
Cleaning: Never use hands to clear a clogged rotor housing. Shut off the motor, remove the battery, and wait 10 seconds for blades to stop. Use a clean-out tool to free the blades.
Storage: Remove the battery. Clean the product and store it in a dark, dry, frost-free, and well-ventilated place. Charge the battery to more than 66% before storage and recharge every 3-6 months to prevent over-discharge.
Troubleshooting
If the shovel does not start, check if the battery is secure or if it needs charging. If the shovel leaves a thin layer of snow, the scraper bar may be worn; contact customer support. If the machine shuts down unexpectedly, it may be overloaded or overheated; clear the auger and allow the unit to cool down.
