Always ensure the drip pan is in place before use and maintain at least 4 inches of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
Getting to know your Air Fryer Pizza Oven
The unit features a digital touchscreen control panel, a convection fan, and an interior light. It comes with several accessories: two crisping racks, a pizza pan, a bake/drip pan, and a complete rotisserie assembly (bar, meat tines, finger screws, and handle).

Operating instructions
To begin, plug the unit into a 120V AC outlet and press the red POWER button. Select a function from the 10 presets (Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm, Pizza, Bacon, Dehydrate, Rotisserie). You can adjust the time and temperature using the arrow buttons on the control panel. The unit will pause if the door is opened during operation and resume once closed.
Rotisserie assembly

- Secure meat onto the rotisserie bar using butcher's twine.
- Push the bar through the center of the meat and secure with meat tines and finger screws.
- Insert the square end of the bar into the rotisserie slot on the left side of the oven interior and rest the other end in the metal notch on the right.
- Select the Rotisserie function and press the Rotisserie button to begin rotation.
Care and cleaning
Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. The interior can be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a plastic scouring pad. Crisping racks, the drip pan, and rotisserie accessories are dishwasher safe. Do not use metal scouring pads or spray-on oven cleaners, as these can damage the surfaces.
Safety and warnings
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or appliance in water.
- Never operate the unit without the drip pan in place.
- Do not cover the unit or obstruct air inlets/outlets.
- Always use oven mitts when handling hot accessories.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure meat, poultry, and fish are cooked thoroughly.
