Product Assembly
Assembly requires two people and approximately 45 minutes. Tools needed: plastic wrench (provided) and a Phillips screwdriver.
- Step 1-2: Install the rear gearbox frame and slide the rear axle through the gearboxes.
- Step 3-5: Attach wheels using the provided nuts, washers, and caps. Install the front axle and steering column.
- Step 6-7: Connect the steering wheel and snap on the windshield and side mirrors.
- Step 8-10: Connect the battery to the circuit board, then attach the seat and backrest using the provided screws.
- Step 11: Assemble the back frame with lights and insert it into the rear of the vehicle.
Charging Instructions
The charging port is located under the seat. Charge the battery for 12 hours before the first use. Subsequent charges should take 8-12 hours. Do not charge for more than 20 hours to avoid permanent damage. Always check the battery and charger for wear before use.
Operation and Features
The vehicle features a pedal for forward/reverse movement and a high/low speed switch located under the seat. The media player supports music and FM radio, and can be paired with audio devices via Bluetooth. The remote control overrides manual operation; to link it, turn the vehicle off, install 2 AAA batteries in the remote, then turn the vehicle on.
Maintenance
Store the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from weather and sun fading. Do not wash with a hose or soap. Charge the battery at least once a month to maintain its lifespan.
