Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of the Bosch 18V-200 Professional impact wrench. Always ensure the battery is removed before performing any maintenance, changing tools, or transporting the device to prevent accidental activation.
Device Description
The tool is designed for driving and loosening screws and bolts, as well as tightening and loosening nuts within the specified dimensions. It features a tool holder, rotational direction switch, and an integrated light for working in poorly lit areas.
Operation
To start, insert a charged battery into the handle until it engages. Use the rotational direction switch to select the desired direction (right for driving/tightening, left for loosening). Press and hold the on/off switch to operate the tool. The speed can be adjusted by varying the pressure on the switch.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regularly clean the air vents to prevent dust accumulation, which can cause electrical hazards. Periodically clean the tool holder and locking sleeve. Always remove the battery before any maintenance work.
Safety
Always wear personal protective equipment, including eye protection. Hold the tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing operations where the fastener may contact hidden wiring. Protect the battery from heat, fire, water, and moisture to avoid explosion and short-circuit risks.
