The Cecotec Power TitanBlack 1500 XL TotalMix is a versatile kitchen appliance. Before first use, ensure all parts are clean and undamaged. Always unplug the device before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning. Do not operate the blender for longer than 1 minute, and do not blend hard food (like ice cubes or coffee beans) for longer than 10 seconds.

Safety instructions

• Do not immerse the motor unit, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
• Ensure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
• Blades are extremely sharp; handle with care to avoid injury.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors or near heat sources like ovens or gas flames.
• Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.
• If the device gets jammed, unplug it immediately before attempting to clear it.

Parts and components

The system includes the main handle with speed control and turbo buttons, a blending shaft, a balloon whisk, a food processor attachment with various discs (shredding, slicing, grinding), a spiraliser, and a potato masher.

Operation

Hand blender

Attach the handle to the blending shaft and lock it by turning. Place the blade into the food before switching on to avoid splashing. Use the speed control dial to adjust speed and the Turbo button for maximum power.

Balloon whisk

Assemble the whisk wire with the whisk attachment, then connect it to the main handle. Do not whisk more than 6 egg whites or 1000 ml of cream at once.

Food processor

Attach the gear box to the motor unit. Place the container on a stable surface. Insert the desired attachment (shredding, slicing, or grinding blade) onto the shaft. Use the pusher to feed food through the hopper; never use fingers or other utensils.

Spiraliser

Insert the handle into the drive unit. Assemble the blade, place vegetables in the hopper, and press the power button to spiralise.

Potato masher

Connect the masher attachment to the handle. Use high speed to achieve the desired texture.

Cleaning and maintenance

Unplug the device and allow it to cool before cleaning. The cup, stick, whisks, food processor container, and blades are dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive scouring pads. If processing coloured food, clean plastic parts with vegetable oil before washing to prevent staining.
