Safety Instructions
Warning: Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including mechanical-risk gloves and safety goggles with lateral protection. Keep hands and feet away from the cylinder and components under strain. Never use pneumatic or electric screwdrivers to operate the pusher, as this may exceed the maximum torque limit of 38 Nm. Ensure the cylinder is placed on a stable surface with at least 40 mm of intact thread engagement.
Operation
To operate, ensure the cylinder is positioned on a stable, solid base perpendicular to the thrust direction. Lubricate the screw and advance the piston by turning the pusher clockwise using a 19 mm wrench, while holding the hexagonal end with a 41 mm wrench. Do not exceed the 38 Nm torque limit. The maximum stroke is 20 mm. To retract, unscrew the pusher and manually push the piston back to its starting position. Only remove the tool once all components are free from stress.
Maintenance
The cylinder requires minimal maintenance. Always check for grease leaks before and after use. If topping up or replacing fluid, use only hydraulic grease compatible with the internal gaskets. Store the tool in a dry, dust-free environment with the stem fully retracted to prevent mechanical damage or chemical degradation. Any internal repairs, such as seal replacement, must be performed by qualified and experienced personnel.
